Word Compatibility Options lost when creating PDF

Using Aspose.Word to create a PDF from a Word document with Custom Compatibility Options
When we use Aspose to remove metadata and the output is still a Word document there are no problems. But when we use Aspose to create a PDF the Compatibility Options appear to be lost and the text from the Word document shifts up and repaginates the document so that the PDF is not identical to the Word document.

Attaching sample Word document and the resulting PDF that Aspose created. Notice on the first page the text shifted up (no longer in line with line 1 of the pleading paper) and there is nothing on line 28 as that final line has shift to page 2.

Our developer looked but could not determine what happens to Compatibility Options when the PDF is getting created.
