Word document not printing

Hi

I was wondering if you have come across this situation before.

Recently we have had a couple of users creating a Word document, putting in any necessary amendments, and been unable to print the document. Other users using the same creation process and various, later, versions of Word (2000 +) have had no trouble.

We've been able to work round the problem by save the document as an RTF, then open it up in Word, save it again as a DOC and print.

Please attach the problematic document(s).

Before that, please make sure you are using latest Aspose.Word (current version is 3.2) since similar problems have been fixed in the last month or two.
