Word to HTML conversion not rendering the shapes

Hi All,

Thanks for the wonderful product I am using Aspose word for Java and I am encountering some problems with converting word documents to html format.

I have attached the document in which the shapes in the document are not rendered at all in the HTML converted page.This is really urgent and I need your timely advice to make it work.

Thanks for your request. Currently, text from textboxes and other shapes is rendered in the main text. There is an issue #4488 regarding this problem in our defect database.
As a workaround, you can try to refactor your document to avoid using floating boxes. I think, you can insert your header as a raster image.

This is a client generated document and we can’t ask them to change their layout. When we can expect a fix for it ?

Thank you for clarification. That’s really harder to help if changing source documents is not allowed. #4488 is not fixed yet in .NET mainstream. First it should be fixed there and next ported to Java. This could take quite a long time. Floating content is not so easy and porting iteration usually takes 4 months or more. So I would recommend not relying on this in considerable future.
