Thanks for your inquiry. Please note that Aspose.Words mimics the same behavior as MS Word does. Please try to convert your document to HTML by using MS Word and check the output. If you do not get the same output generated via MS Word and Aspose.Words, please share following detail for investigation purposes.
- Please attach your input Word document.
- Please attach the output HTML file that shows the undesired behavior.
As soon as you get these pieces of information to us we’ll start our investigation into your issue.

I have tested the scenario and have managed to reproduce the same issue at my side. For the sake of correction, I have logged this problem in our issue tracking system as WORDSNET-9480. I have tested the scenario and have managed to reproduce the same issue at my side. Please note that this issue is related to Node Equation.DSMT4. However, the issue reported in your first post is related to Office Math node. Pelase check the attached images of DOM for your kind reference.
