Word to PDF conversion problem on included image

I've recently noticed a problem that occurs sometimes when converting word documents to pdf.
The word document contains an image and it happens that this image is not converted resulting in a large red cross on the document. I'm using Word for .net 13.12.0.0 and PDF for .net 8.0.0.0

The problem does not occurs all the time and does not throw an error. Can you help us?

Thanks for your inquiry. I have tested the scenario using latest version of Aspose.Words for .NET 14.7.0 and have not found the shared issue. Please use Aspose.Words for .NET 14.7.0. I have attached the output Pdf file with this post for your kind reference.

If you still face problem, please share following detail for further investigations.

What environment are you running on?

  • OS (Windows Version or Linux Version)
  • Architecture (32 / 64 bit)
  • .NET Framework version
