Word to PDF - Cross references have extra trailing period

Hello,

Full-context cross references to multi-level numbered lists in Word documents appear to have an anomaly after being converted to PDF using Aspose.Words.

For instance, in the attached word file, the cross references to paragraph 2(a) appear as “2(a)” which is the expected behaviour. However, after converting to PDF, the same cross-references appear as"2.(a)" with an unexpected period between the 2 and the (a).

When the reference is to top-level items in a multi-level list, there is no trailing period after the “2” which is the expected behaviour.

Could you please advise us on how to fix the error with cross-references to paragraphs in multi-level numbered lists?

Thanks,
Gordon
