I’m trying to create pdf from word document using latest Aspose dll. However formatting is getting lost. In arabic doesn’t match with the one in word document.
Please find attached documents for reference. Kindly advise at an earliest.

The company i’m working for has already purchased the priority support - Enterprise Edition package. We are currently using this product on production environment,
Also, In case, same issue is to be escalated to priority support what all is required from our side.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-15446) have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for .NET 20.5 update and this Aspose.Words for Java 20.5 update.
