Hi,
When I convert the attached MS Word file to PDF ( using ASPOSE Java lib. ), I see the output PDF shows the placeholder text of the control instead of the data.
Please see the attached .docx and the output .pdf
Output_Word_2_Pdf_Content_Control_Issue.pdf (42.7 KB)
Word_2_Pdf_Content_Control_Issue.docx (57.4 KB)
Please suggest if there is a workaround for this issue.
BR,
Dip
@dipsarkar The problem is not reproducible using the latest 24.10 version of Aspose.Words. As I can see you are using an old 22.11 version. Please try using the latest version and let us know if the problem still persists on your side.
Hello @alexey.noskov ,
I tried with aspose-words-24.10-jdk17.jar , I get the same output.
Please note that this does not happen for all Content Controls, but some which are bound to custom xml mappings of MS Word.
The MS Word file I attached is one example.
I am attaching the output with 24.10 as well. ( I have to extend the license as the current license allows free upgrades until 13 Dec 2023)
Please take a look.
BR,
Dip
