Word to PDF - Missing Tabular Format

Hi,
I have a word document that I translated to PDF format. The original document has some tables, but after the conversion is done, the PDF file is missing the tabular format. It has the text but in non-tabular format.
Please see the attached original word and the converted pdf files. In the original word file, from page 4-9, there is a table. But on the converted pdf file, it is missing the tabular format.

Hmm I can’t see any differences between tables in Word document and in PDF. Could you please clarify what “tabular format” is missing?

Yea, the Border is missing! the text is there but not the border ( sorry! I should say the border is missing, instead of tabular format).

It’s also missing in your document What you treated as a border might be gridlines that are disabled by selecting Table - Hide Gridlines in Word.
