Word to pdf problem

I followed the steps to achieve doc2pdf as feature but installing this feature following error occurs on Sharepoint Site Features Page under site settings

403 Forbidden

I did iisrest to check if the problem is resolved but it doesn't seems to work either

Uninstalling that feature via same stsadm command makes that site feature active again as before
