Word watermark not saved in the pdf and xps

Hi,

I’m using Aspose.Words .NET version to mail merge into a word 2007 document. I’m adding also a watermark.

I’m saving the document as Word, Pdf, Xps; In the pdf and xps files the watermark is not saved (in the Word one is fine) - in both pdf and xps, there are just 2 lines which are delimiting the area where the watermark is supposed to be.

Thanks for your inquiry. The problem occurs because, currently, Aspose.Words does not support rendering of Word Art shapes. I linked your request to the appropriate issue. You will be notifed as soon as this feature is supported.
For now, as a workaround, you can try inserting watermark as an image.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as 8497) have been fixed in this update.
