I have a question regarding aspose.words for java. specifically, we are a development shop using the product (we purchased total) and are experiencing some problems in converting word docs to html. I would like to know the procedure for reporting issues.

Perhaps before I get too deep into this, I should ask-- do you have a published list of conversion features that are NOT supported? Specifically in conversion processes from Word/Excel/Writer/Calc to HTML or PDF.
We are working on identifying items that don’t seem to be supported or completely implemented but it may save us time if you provided a list of known issues.
