Words Maven dependency not working

I’m trying to download the words component from maven and I’m getting this:

Failed to execute goal on project HolaMundoSpring: Could not resolve dependencies for project org.invenio.tic:HolaMundoSpring:jar:0.1: Failure to find com.aspose:aspose-words:jar:15.11.0 in https://releases.aspose.com/words/java/ was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of AsposeJavaAPI has elapsed or updates are forced

I was able to download other components like pdf, cells and slides.
