WorkbookDesigner error - Error 34 The type or namespace name 'WorkbookDesigner' does not exist in the namespace 'Aspose.Cells' (are you missing an assembly reference?)

Above error when I compile in VS.Net even though the rest of the page compiles and the dll is present.

Using version 3.7.2.0. I tried upgrading to a later version (but before May 7, 2007 when my subscription expired) but some of the downloads on your site show certain versions but they're all actually a later version once you install them.
