One of our users is reporting that when they enable a feature that
calls the AutoFitColumn() method, the aspnet_wp process will grow
indefinitely. Disabling this feature (thereby avoiding the method
call) fixes the problem. I’m currently using 3.5.3.3 – has this
problem been identified and fixed? If you haven’t confirmed this
as an issue, could it be caused by making multiple calls to
AutoFitColumn() on the same column?

Yes. We do find a problem of AutoFitColumn method in old versions. Please download and try the latest version of Aspose.Cells.
