Write Byte array into PDF file by java program

Hi,

I am facing problem whil writing byte data into PDF file.

Requirement:- I am reading Byte array from text file and then I want to create pdf file and write the bytes data on same file. The PDF file is created but no data is stored inside file.

So, could you please help me how can I solve the problem?

I am attaching my code and text file please check it.

It seems that your query is not related to Aspose.Words. You can not write date into Pdf file by using Aspose.Words. Please share some more detail about your query. We will then provide you more information on this along with code.

Hi Subramanum,

Further to my last post, I like to share with you that you can convert your Txt file into Pdf by using Aspose.Words. Following code example converts the Txt file into Pdf and also sets the orientation of the page to Landscape. Hope this helps you.

// Load in the document

Document doc = new Document(MyDir + "D111306260426.TXT");

for(Section secion : doc.getSections())

{

secion.getPageSetup().setOrientation(Orientation.LANDSCAPE);

Basically, I don't want to create Text file. I m getting byte array data from data base and then I want to write byte data into new PDF file.

I would like to answer from Aspose.Pdf perspective. I have gone through the code snippet which you have shared and it seems to be based on iTextPdf API. However after going through your requirement description, my understanding is that you need to read the contents from D111306260426.TXT into Byte Array and then trying to create the PDF file based on contents in ByteArray.

I would like to share that Aspose.Pdf for .NET also supports the feature to read the contents from TXT file and save the output in PDF format. Instead of using ByteArray, you can simply load the file contents into TextReader object and pass this information to Text object of Aspose.Pdf.Generator namespace. Please visit the following link for further information on How to Convert a text file to PDF.

I am using "Aspose.Words.jdk15.jar" version number 10.1.0.0.

Then I have downloaded jar file with version 11.0.0.0. I got below error after run the same code:-

So, could you please privide any solution. And also tell me any possibilities working same thing in 10.1.0.0 version because in production we are using same version of jar file.

Thanks for your inquiry.

I have tested the scenario and have not found the shared issue while using latest version of Aspose.Words for Java. I would suggest you please upgrade to the latest version (v13.9.0) from here and let us know how it goes on your side. Hope this helps you. I have attached the output Pdf file with this post for your kind reference.
