For context, this issue provide on a cluster models of 4 Wildfly servers. Every threads/processes access the license file simultaneously. This unique .lic file is stored on a shared mount.
Can you please share the license file with us privately. You can click on my name icon and a popup will appear. Then use Message option to send me private message where you may share the license file along with test application so that we may verify this fact on our end. It is strange though that same license file works too and doesn’t give error on all times. When you have shared the information privately, please notify us here so that we may assist you further.
I have created a ticket with ID EMAILJAVA-34772 in our issue tracking system to further investigate and resolve the issue on our end. This thread has been linked with the issue so that you may be notified once the issue will be fixed.
Thanks, the problem is not reproduced with this hotfixed version. We will continue to test it in the next days.
Can this hotfix be installed on a production environment ?
Loading license issue no more produce with hotfix on aspose email 20.3.2
But we steel have licences loading issue with diagram and slide module in 20.3. Is the issue same as fixed in email 20.3 ?
Error while loading Aspose license. null: java.lang.NullPointerException
at com.aspose.diagram:20.3@20.3.0.0//com.aspose.diagram.License.e(Unknown Source)
This is different issue as compared to one related to Aspose.Email. Can you please share the issue details in the form of sample application, Java and Operating System information where you are facing the issue.
The license file that you have shared appears to expire in 2021. Can you please consider using latest version of Aspose.Slides and Diagram on your end to see if this still an issue on your end or not.
