The labels on x-axis are aligned differently than in the source file. In source they are horizontal but in the output they are diagonal. See the attached screenshot for details.

Please notice, I am able to reproduce the issue as you mentioned by converting your Excel file chart to HTML/SVG. I found the labels on x-axis are aligned differently than in the source file. I have logged a ticket with an id “CELLSNETCORE-385” for your issue. We will look into it soon.
Once we have an update on it, we will let you know here.
This is to inform you that your issue has been resolved. The fix will be included in the next release (Aspose.Cells for .NET v22.6) which is scheduled in the second week of June 2022. You will also be notified when the next version is published.
