I also look for a tool which is able to convert Docs, Excel sheets etc.
into PDF. I read about Aspose.Word that there is a way, but did not find
anything about Excel to PDF. Does Aspose have a tool like this?

Great question.
We did consider to convert XLS files to PDF files. I bet the basic idea is similar to DOC2PDF: XLS2XML then XML2PDF. Shortly the Aspose.Excel Team will bring you their detailed consideration as well as availability timeframe. Please check back.
