XY Scatter Chart: Horizontal Axis Value Is Displaying as Wrong

Hi Aspose team,

I see some difference in between excel and slide implementation of xy scatter chart.
The excel starts horizontal axis as 0.0 but slide starts horizontal axis line as -0.2.
