Dear Aspose,

We have got a problem with your pdf-converter. We have bought it like a month ago, but it is not working right. When we want to convert some Microsoft Office documents, the converter will mess-up the layout of the document. Is there an update for this problem? Or can you fix this as soon as possible? Because we can’t work right now.

Can you please share how you’re trying to use PdfConverter class of Aspose.Pdf.Kit? PdfConverter class, in fact, allows you to convert a PDF file to images (JPG/BMP/TIFF/PNG etc). Please elaborate your requirement a little bit, so we would be able to help you out.
