Hi,

Thanks for your posting and using Aspose.Cells.

Probably your license subscription has expired and you need a new license or renew your subscription. Please check the license expiry date in your license file by opening it in a notepad. The license file is in plain xml and there you will find something like this

20160119

It means, subscription will be expired on 19-Jan-2016. The format is YYYYMMDD.

Please also send us your license file so that we could check it at our end by following the steps mentioned in this article. Do not attach license file in the forum.

Hi
Thanks for reply.
License file on server shows 20150130

Danny Cooper & Justin Andersion are following up with for license issue. Let us know if we still need to send the license file.

Along with license issue, application team found new issue with new DLL when report is exported in lower environment. They are :
• If you have two tabs on a report, then the second tab in Aspose CSV is cloned from the first Tablix (duplicating the data)
• The row height gets expanded for some reports. Old dll did not do this and causes formatting issues.

Due to new found issue, DLL was not deployed in production environment where actual export issue
lied.

In order to test the DLL for production instance we copied the instance on different server and deployed the new DLL. There it is giving following error after 10 mins running:

An error occurred while exporting the report.

Looking forward for the resolution of it soon.

Hello Shakeel,
