Hello, I am a developer at IDEXX for PHNPro.

We are currently receiving a lot of 500 errors for DELETE & PUT requests while converting .RTF files to .PDF

The errors we are receiving look as follows:

request for “https://api.aspose.com/v1.1/storage/file/<File_Key>” resulted in 500 (Internal Server Error);

We started receiving these errors constantly since 5pm on 3/19/15

Any help you can provide in resolving this issue is most appreciated.

I have been informed that there was a performance issue on the servers a few days ago but this appears to have cleared up. Could you please confirm if you are still facing any issues now?
