Using Aspose Cells 23.1 with JDK version 8 on CentOS 7.
We are getting some issues in conversion with drawings and text for XLT file format, please check these attachments
We reproduced the issue initially with your Input.xlt file as you mentioned via screenshots. We found issue with rendering drawings and text for XLT file format in Excel to PDF rendering.

Pleased to inform you that screenshot1 and screenshot3 in issue CELLSJAVA-45091 have been resolved in version 23.2. We’re still working on the screenshot2 issue and will let you know as soon as we make progress.

Your issue has been resolved and the fixed functionality will be released with version 24.2.
