Hi Aspose support,



We have installed latest version Aspose.Slides for Reporting Services 5.4.0 in development environment and Our customer informed us that they are having some issue while exporting the SSRS report to PPT file - Aspose Slide water mark displayed on the exported ppt files.



We have checked the license and it is still valid.



Please do refer the attached files.

I have observed your comments. I request you please read the slides notes in your presentation, it clearly specifies that your license file is either not accessible or unavailable at desired locations. Please make sure your license file is properly placed and accessible at desired location. Please make sure your license name should conform with expected license file name as mention in slides notes.

Hi Aspose,

That is what we are concerning about now. It worked fine before and this happened when after we installed the version 5.4.0.

We are very sure that we are using a valid license file and this license has been renewed since February 2016.

Kindly assist us on this. Much appreciated. This will impact our daily operation.
