Hi,
One of our testers has found an issue with saving a PDF output based on an XLSX that contains a pivot table that does not contain any fields in the “Row Labels” section. An “Arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow.” error appears on the line of code that tries to save the file as a PDF.
I have attached a small project to demonstrate the issue. I have also attached an input file “input file with unused pivot.xlsx” for you to use.
Additional Information:
- The error will not appear if you delete of hide the worksheets “Empty Pivot” and “No Row Label”.
- The error will appear if either “Empty Pivot” and “No Row Label” worksheets are visible
Hi Sandie-Roy,
Thanks for your posting and using Aspose.Cells for .NET.
We were able to observe this exception using your sample project and source file. If the “Empty Pivot” and “No Row Label” worksheets are visible, then
exception is thrown on saving to pdf format. If these worksheets are
hidden, no exception is thrown. We have logged this issue in our database. We will look into it and resolve this issue. Once, the issue is resolved or we have some other update for you, we will let you know asap.
This issue has been logged as CELLSNET-42053.
