Converting from WORD to PDF produces overlapping table in 11.1.0.0

Hello,

We recently upgraded from Aspose Word 9.7.0.0 to 11.1.0.0 in order to fix a missing bottom border issue in our PDF documents that were generated from our WORD (docx) template.

The upgrade proved to be successful in rendering borders on the bottom of the culprit table, however now the table is now overlapping other parts of the report that we are generating.

Many instances of recreating the table as well as inserting a blank table or a blank image or carriage returns in between the overlapped area proved to yield no positive results. (Overlap did not move)

In the end we determined it had to be something with the new version of Aspose Word that was released and not the template that we were working with. This was determined by generating the perfectly formatted WORD report, and then printing to PDF, which resulted in a perfectly formatted PDF file with no overlap!

I have attached redacted screenshots in order for you to have a better understanding of the issue.

In the interim we have reverted back to Aspose Word 9.7.0.0 until a fix occurs.

Thanks for your inquiry. Unfortunately, it is difficult to say what the problem is without the Word document. I need this document to reproduce the problem on my side.

While using the latest version of Aspose.Words i.e. 11.1.0, I managed to reproduce this issue on my side. Your request has been linked to the appropriate issue in our bug tracking system. The issue ID is WORDSNET-5268. You will be notified as soon as it is resolved. Sorry for inconvenience.

Moreover, this problem is occurring because of the floating table (i.e. a table with Text Wrapping: Around) in the page. As a temporary workaround, you can avoid using floating tables in your documents. This will fix the problem.

I hope you are well.

We have fixed the issue with removing of Additional Attachments. However we could not produce the issue of multiple remove buttons appearing. Can you please tell us which browser and version you were using when this issue occurred.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-5268) have been fixed in this .NET update and this Java update.
