Deployment Issue with licence files (PDF and Word for .NET)

Hi,

we are deploying a website that uses ASPOSE WORDS for .NET and PDF for .NET to manipulate word template documents on the fly and convert them to PDF documents. The website works fine locally and on our local server, but when we deploy to a remote server the following errors are observed :

  1. If we generate a single page PDF with our licence files present the PDF file is NOT generated
  2. If we generate a single page PDF WITHOUT our licence files present the PDF file is generated but with the 'evaluation demo' text inserted
  3. If we try and generate a multi page PDF - from multiple word docs 'merged' together' the system hangs whether our licence files are present or not

(It appears like we have 2 issues going on here...)

Is this a problem with our licence file or another issue i.e. when merging multiple .doc pages together before generating the PDF file ? Why would the single page PDF not be generated at all when using our licence files

I'm confused !!
