Getting Evaluation Message on licensed copy of PDF.Kit sometimes

Our copy of the PDF.Kit has worked flawlessly over the last year. All of a sudden we are getting the evaluation message popping up on some of our PDFs. What’s weird is that it doesn’t happen everytime? Nobody has touched our license file so I’m not sure what to do? Any ideas?

Hi Lisa,

Can you please share whether you upgraded to one of our latest versions recently? I’m asking this because if you upgrade to the version released after one year of your license subscription, it’ll show the evaluation message until you upgrade your subscription.

However, if you think that above is not the case then please share a small sample project with us which can reproduce this issue at our end, along with your license file. Please Do Not share the license file in the forums, rather follow the instructions on the following link:
