Getting the evaluation only message for licensed version

Hi,

WE have License for both ASPOSE WORD and ASPOSE PDF. Howevere at time when i convert my workd report to PDF i get the message" Evaluation Only. Created with Aspose.Words. Copyright 2003-2015 Aspose Pty
Ltd."
This has become a showstopper now as we are automate the report sending directly to the customers.

Please look into the issue.

Thanks for your inquiry. Please note when using more than one Aspose APIs in code, you have to implement license for each API separately. So please double check whether you have initialized license for both Aspose.Word and Aspose.Pdf separately.

However if the issue still persist then please share your sample code and source documents along with license file via email as suggested here. So we will look into the issue and guide you accordingly.
