Images are lost when saving Word to PDF

I have the same issue: Images are lost when saving Word to PDF, using Aspose.Word 18.9.0 in .NetCore 2.0 console application running on Windows Server 2016 Core.

Do you have any clue?

Please ZIP and attach your input Word document and Aspose.Words generated PDF file showing the undesired behavior here for testing. We will then investigate the issue on our end and provide you more information.

After an initial test with the latest version of Aspose.Words for .NET i.e. 19.2, we were unable to reproduce this issue on our end (please see 19.2.pdf (79.6 KB)). So, we would suggest you please upgrade to the latest version of Aspose.Words via NuGet. Hope, this helps.

To install via NuGet, you may please follow these steps:

  • On the right side of VS, click on Solution Explorer
  • Then tight-click on the project and select Manage NuGet Packages
  • Select the “Browser” tab
  • Enter “Aspose.Words” in the search box
  • Currently, it brings up four package entries
  • Select the Aspose.Words package with green logo
  • On the right-side panel, you can finally click on Install button.
