Installed license but still have evaluation watermark

I installed Aspose Slides 4.0 and a copy of our license file, but the watermark still appears when I generate a PPTX file.

Also, I am getting the following error message:

Cannot find black listed licenses resource. Please report this error to Aspose.Cannot find license 'Aspose.Slides.ReportingServices.lic'.Cannot find license 'Aspose.Total.Reporting.Services.lic'.Cannot find license 'Aspose.Total.ReportingServices.lic'.

How to proceed?

I have observed the issue shared by you. Can you please share the license file with us by following the guidelines shared here. I will investigate the issue on my end to help you out further in this regard. It may be possible that your subscription is expired.

Hi Tim,


I have received the license file shared by you and have been able to use the properly with Aspose.Slides for Reporting Services 4.2.0, which is the latest available version presently. Can you please use the specified version as I remember that there were some license loading issues in past versions.

I installfrom my answer file, the warning on the control panel about … not being genuine havegone away, but the windows eval water mark is still …
