License error after upgrade to 11.6

We obtained a license back in April, 2012. When we tried upgrading the DLLs to the latest release (11.6), we get the error The subscription included in this license allows free upgrades until 20 Apr 2012, but this version of the product was released on 31 Jul 2012. Please renew the subscription or use a previous version of the product.

The expiration date on our license does say 4/20/2012. Do we have an incorrect license file?

Thanks for your inquiry. Most likely what is happening is you are still using the old license in your application by a mistake. Could you please double check if you’re using the correct license on your side?
