#recursive reference errors

We are getting numerous #recursive reference errors and our partner CLD Partners has identified this is coming from our Aspose software.
Is this a known error (I believe it must be since I am informed there has been fixes before) and what sort of information do you need to help us resolve this as soon as possible?

Which Aspose component you are using? Also, please elaborate your issue more and provide us a sample code or preferably an independent/separate console application (you may zip it prior attaching here) with the template file(s) here to make us understand you better.

After getting all the details and other contents, the concerned team for their specific product(s) may help you soon here.

Thank you.

This is excellent news.
However, this is a critical error for our application.
Can we please have this issue escalated and a timetable for completion?
