I have had this grid paid for, for quite some time, around 6 months, I am still having an issue with the logic that removes this message. My boss gave me the file that you all sent to him after the grid was purchased, however, any help would greatly be appreciated to have this message gone before we release it into production.

Kindly set the license properly for Aspose.Grid in your project/application. Please check the documentation topic for your reference: http://www.aspose.com/documentation/visual-components/aspose.grid-for-.net/licensing.html
