Hi Imran,

Below is the process for tiff image (BARCODENET-33825).

A short overview of our process would be:

1. Printing barcodes on stickers with a Citizen CL-S700.

2. Sticking the printed barcode on documents, mostly in A4 format (210 x 297 mm).

3. Scanning of documents in 300 dpi BLACK/WHITE tiff format – we’re using NGenuity 9000 scanners with VRS drivers.

Please specify if you need any other information.

Thanks,

Vasanthakumar

Hi Imran,

In last mail you have updated that all the issues will scheduled for Aspose Barcode 6.4.0. Now I can see that Aspose Barcode 6.4.0 is released, but still the issues not yet fixed. Since it is the production issue from long period. Can you let me know the status of the issues? Please give me the update ASAP.

Thanks,

Vasanthakumar

Hi Vasanthakumar,

Thank you for your inquiry. I’m afraid. These issues are not resolved yet and not included in the release of Aspose.BarCode 6.4.0. Please note that the 6.4.0 release is not a full release. I mean it holds a few numbers of fixes. So it is a mini release. These issues are going to take some time before their resolution. I would like to add here that we always try to analyze and fix any issues the earliest possible. Nevertheless, sometimes there are certain unique scenarios and issues which can’t be resolved quickly. However, we have asked our development team to reschedule these issues. We’ll let you know once an update is available.
