version 24.7 was released today.
It still does not have release notes, but running my test had shown no improvement…
This issue was reported in January! We’d upgraded to paid support, and our customers are waiting and considering to stop using our product!
can you share any new information about this?

Unfortunately, yes, the problem remains at the solution stage.
The presence of paid support is the highest level of escalation. I will write to the development team and this time to the managers.
I wrote this for a reason, but after first clarifying the prospects with the dev team. I offer my personal apologies. I hope that managers will help resolve the problem.

Yes, the next release will come out in about a month - at the beginning or closer to mid-August.
The issues you have found earlier (filed as PDFNET-56889) have been fixed in Aspose.PDF for .NET 24.8.
