Upgrade of .Net Framework 4.8 and Aspose.Slides 22.11 Compatibility Issue

We are getting errors when we Upgrade to Aspose version 22.11.0 with .Net Framework 4.8

We have licensed version of Aspose Slides and isLicensed() is coming as false Inspite of having a valid license

License = new Aspose.Slides.License();
License.SetLicense("Aspose.Slides.NET.lic");
License.IsLicensed();

IsLicensed() is coming as false and we are getting watermarks on slide generation. Please let us know why is aspose not working with latest .net framework versions
