we are using aspose dll version V14 and V23 to convert into Excel . Despite setting the Aspose.Cells license successfully We are encountering an issue with Aspose.Cells for .NET where the “Evaluation Only” watermark persists in our generated Excel files despite setting a valid license

Please check the SubscriptExpiry entry in the license file. From your screenshot, we can see that the date is 20230603, so the license has expired.
Please request an updated (new) license (in the purchase section).
By the way, do you get the evaluation watermark issue with v14 or v23 or both versions,
please provide/specify complete versions details of Aspose.Cells? Also, please make sure the licensing code is processed at first in the application life cycle. You may debug your licensing code for evaluation.
